This week I’ve been wanting to use some really bright colors in my bead and wire flowers. Spring is definitely upon us, and I’m loving the daffodils blooming in all the gardens. I prepared some bright yellow thread and created several different petal shapes with it. The larger flower uses square petals with rhinestones and farfalla wire, and the smaller flowers feature gold beads and some yellow optic beads I had in my stash. The filler flowers are small basic petals with gold filigree beads for stamens.
I added some large metallic green leaves … I love the bright look!
What are you creating for Spring?
